Frequently Asked Questions

How do I pay my bill and/or communicate with you all?

You can communicate with us anytime during normal business hours via phone, text, email, or you can contact us through our website by submitting a form.

For your convenience we offer several payment methods including Zelle, Paypal, Venmo, and of course we accept checks.  We also offer credit card payments through our Square invoicing program which includes a 4% credit card transaction fee. If you are interesting in paying electronically please contact us for that information

When will I receive my invoice for services and when are they due?

If you are a weekly mowing customer your invoice will be emailed/mailed on the 1st of each month, unless the 1st falls on a holiday or a Sunday then it will be sent the next business day thereafter. If you are receiving individual services and are not a weekly customer your invoice will be emailed/mailed the day after services are rendered. Our invoices state “Due Upon Receipt”, with 30 days from the invoice statement date being the allotted payment window before an invoice is considered overdue.   You can find your invoice statement date at the top right-hand corner of your invoice. All invoices that are not paid within 30 days of the statement date are subject to a 2% late fee.

If you receive invoices via email and they do not appear in your inbox please check your spam/junk mail.

What if I need to cancel or skip my weekly mowing service?

Please notify us one business day in advance if you wish to skip your yard on a particular week. If you wait until our crew arrives to skip mowing there will be a $50.00 service charge.

What if I do not wish to receive spring clean up/fall leaf removal services?

As your lawn care provider, in addition to mowing/trimming our services also include spring clean-up (removing sticks, trash, etc. before we can begin mowing) and leaf removal as needed, both of which come with an additional charge.  Our spring cleanup services will begin before we start mowing for the current season.  If you do not wish to receive spring cleanup services it is your responsibility to notify us before we begin mowing; however, if there are large sticks or any other debris that our employees must clean up in order to safely mow you will be charged accordingly for the time it takes to do so.  Our leaf removal services will begin as soon as the leaves begin to fall.  If you do not wish to receive our leaf removal services, it is your responsibility to notify us that you do not want this service before we begin these services in the fall.

When will I receive my lawn treatments?

The approximate service dates for the season are as follows:

  • Lawn Application 1 (3/01-4/30)  (liquid application) broadleaf weed control & pre-emergent

  • Lawn Application 2 (4/01-5/31) (liquid application) broadleaf weed control

  • Lawn Application 3 (5/1–6/30) (liquid application) broadleaf weed control & pre-emergent

What if I have a concern about the cost of my service?

We realize that occasionally errors can be made in billing, so never hesitate to reach out if you do have a question about your invoice. However, please understand that after a service is rendered is not the time to negotiate the cost of service. We offer estimates/proposals before any services are rendered so our customers are fully aware of what they are being charged.
